Mark current sendRedirect in the BaseHstComponent as deprecated and add a more convenient one

As

public void sendRedirect(HstRequest request, HstResponse response, String redirectToSiteMapItemId)

is not easy to use, i would like to replace it with

public void sendRedirect(HstRequest request, HstResponse response, String siteMapPath)

where you can just use any path...
