Options for placement of docs in folders

Content folder > re-ordering documents is a nightmare. You have to click and click to get a document to the location you want it to go to. The re-ordering mechanism needs improved. Additionally, it would be nice to be able to specify, on folder level, what the default order should be. So: new document created or imported: place it in the folder

1) alphabetically
2) numerically
3) latest to bottom
4) latest to top

Included in this improvement we should...Offer an option that sorts the content of a folder alphabetically with a single click in the "reorder folder" dialog.

It would be even more helpful to have an option to include the sub-folders (sort them together with the documents) or to sort them separately ("folders first", alphabetically prior to the documents).
