When a CDN is configured the HST should add the Access-Control-Allow-Origin header

Font loading fails when using a CDN when it is loaded from a stylesheet that is served from the CDN. If the HST add the correct header with Access-Control-Allow-Origin: http://<hostname> it will work transparently.
