Locked component not detected in the channel manager editor

Steps to reproduce (Go Green)
1) Login as one user, admin
2) Go to the channel manager and change a component. Save the channel
3) Login as another user, eg editor.
4) Go to the channel edited in step 2. Notice the banner 'admin has unpublished changes in this channel'
Expected: Changed component has lock icon and hint that component is locked by admin
Actual: No locked icon or hint.

When editing the component exception is thrown
[INFO] [talledLocalContainer] org.apache.cxf.interceptor.Fault: Node '/hst:hst/hst:configurations/hippogogreen-preview/hst:workspace/hst:containers/homepage/home-boxes-intro' cannot be locked due to someone else who has the lock (possibly a descendant or ancestor that is locked).
