Move all parameter annotations to a separate package

All parameter annotations for the template composer and channel manager should be moved to a separate package. Right now they are located in org.hippoecm.hst.configuration.components, which should only contain repository-based component configuration. The old annotations should kept (for now) for backwards compatibility, but annotated as deprecated.
