Configuration editor: site map items can not be ordered

The sitemap items can not be ordered. The order of the sitemap items on the site will be the order in which they were created or changed. If the name of a sitemap item is changed, the sitemap item is moved to the end of the list. So if a user of the configuration editor wants to change the order or change a name without moving it the end, he has to remove all sitemap items and start all over.

In the web console, sitemap items are also moved to the end if their name is changed, but in the web console reordering is possible afterwards.
