Dependency to wicket-1.3.5 is hardcoded

The frontend jar of the hst configuration editor has a compile dependency to wicket-1.3.5. Wicket is provided by the cms, so this is not necessary and can lead to double wicket jars in projects that use the hst configuration editor.
