Make hippo theme a consumable front-end package

As hippo theme becomes a consumable package for multiple projects lets include the dist folder in git.
This will allow projects (hippo essentials for example) to directly pull from git master if needed.

This issue is done when:

• The distributed version of hippo-theme is checked into git
