Update documentation sites that main development has moved

Code bases of 7.9 certified plugins have moved for 7.10 to https://svn.onehippo.org/repos/hippo/hippo-cms7/plugins/

Please update the corresponding documentation sites (in Forge SVN):

• a message on home page, like already done on http://ecm-tagging.forge.onehippo.org/index.html
• update links in Build demo pages, like already done on http://ecm-tagging.forge.onehippo.org/build-from-source.html

Also bump to site skin version 1.02.02 if not already on it
