Resource Bundle Editor: CND definition and namespace definition are not in sync

When I use the content type service in 7.9.x, I get a message

"WARN http-bio-8080-exec-2 [ContentTypeImpl.mapEffectiveItems:545] Effective NodeType resourcebundle:resourcebundle property named resourcebundle:id is mandatory while its corresponding property in ContentType resourcebundle:resourcebundle is not. ContentType property is corrected to be mandatory."

I suggest to change the "hipposysedit:mandatory" property of the resourcebundle:resourcebundle's id field to "true" to bring it in sync with the CND.
