Forge Maven skin: submenu items are not rendered in 1.02.01

When using skin version 1.02.01 (see http://forge_mavenskin.forge.onehippo.org/release-notes.html) on the Selection plugins documentation, the left hand side sub menu items below Install and below Configuration are not rendered.
