URL Rewriter: enable field 'Type parameter' only when required by the chosen type (header, attribute, cookie, parameter & session-attribute)

      (This issue is a follow-up of HIPPLUG-351)

      In the multiple condition field of the advanced document, a 'Type parameter' field is present.
      This is only applicable for chosen types header, attribute, cookie, parameter & session-attribute.

      So it would be best to only show this field when one of those types are chosen.
