Manually specify language in the properties plugin

It would be nice if developers could manually specify the language of a property. This is needed when you want to render a part of a page in another language. For example, the also show the English description of a product in a Dutch product page.

For example <prop:property name="somelabel" /> for the default locale dependent version . And <prop:property name="somelabel" language="en" /> for the English version.
