      We have done a small poc to prove it is possible. Please see the attachments, the forked NewDocumentWizardPlugin class of hippo and the forked NewDocumentWizardPlugin$Dialog.html, the DocumentWizardPlugin of [customer] and the DocumentWizardPlugin$Dialog.html.
      In the NewDocumentWizardPlugin$Dialog.html file a <child> tag was added to make it possible to add fields in the html.
