[Taxonomy] New category localization model

    Description

      The taxonomy category localization model is based on deprecated hippo:translated and hippo:translation types and make use of same-name sibling nodes. We need a new model to translate taxonomy categories that make no use of same-name siblings and are not based on deprecated node types.
