Forge Maven Skin: Make (sub)section headers font bigger or more recognizable

Currently, section headers and subsection headers are not wrapped by a rectangle, unlike the default maven site skin does. And, the font weight and size are not clearly recognizable (you can compare with the default fluido site: http://maven.apache.org/components/skins/maven-fluido-skin/). So, sometimes, it's confusing whether it's just a bold text or (sub)section header.
I think we'd better to have a shaded rectangle for a section header like the default maven skin does, or make the weight/size bigger.
