Upgrade URL Rewriter plugin for CMS 10

The URL Rewriter plugin 1.05.xx logs startup warnings when added to a CMS 10 project, with as cause: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/hippoecm/repository/ext/UpdaterModule

The UpdaterModule indeed is no longer available/supported for CMS 10, but the warning itself is harmless: the only thing what needs to be done is removing the outdated UpdaterModule classes and configuration.

In addition, the layout and styling of the plugin in wide document listing is skewed because of changes in CMS css style definition, which also needs to be corrected.

Other than these annoyances, the URL Rewriter seems to 'just work' also for CMS 10.
