Taxonomy - As an editor, I'd like to change order of categories

As an editor, I'd like to be able to change the display order of categories in the taxonomy document editor.

By the way, the taxonomy tree is currently displayed in alphabetical order in CMS.
So, we should keep the default behavior (keeping the alphabetical order) by default.
But, if an option is configured to allow order changing (maybe as the taxonomy document template (namespace) configuration), then we should follow the JCR node order.
