[External Document Picker] Add openui-fieldpicker submodule

I'm thinking of possibility to add generic OpenUI pickers to external-document-picker forge plugin as "openui-fieldpicker" submodule. If it can either consume a configured json api endpoint with predefined structure, or consume any json api with JsonPath configuration for name, description, icon, for example, it could be done in a generic way.
