[IFramePerspective] Upgrade IFrame Perspective Plugin for v14

    Description

      The Iframe perspective plugin has not been updated since 13.x and does not display an icon in the sidebar of the channel manager UUI - 14.1 sales demo (although you can see that it accesses the target domain as it has cookies from that domain). This can be seen here:
