Use targeting dependencies poms

The targeting addon already defines two pom dependencies 'cms-dependencies' and 'site-dependencies' that contain all internal targeting dependencies for cms and site, respectively. GoGreen enterprise should use these pom dependencies instead of including all kinds of separate dependencies.
