node move gives file locked exception on windows

To reproduce:

• define a node in the first AutoExport module at /config/parent
• using the cms console, add a node at /config/parent/node
• save, AutoExport should create a new fine containing the definition for just that node
• using the cms console, move "node" into "config" (making it a sibling of "parent")

On Windows, an exception is thrown that the file for "node" cannot be deleted.
