Surf & Edit doesn't work

    Description

      When in the preview, after clicking "Edit content on this page", nothing seems to work anymore on the page. A refresh of the page is needed, but this doesn't leave you in edit mode.

      Some of the "Edit" buttons are misplaced. Node of the "Edit" can be clicked.
