Regression - Comments and feedback is broken on production go green

Go to products or events section in production go green.
Select any product or event
Scroll down to bottom page to fill the comment form
Enter valid data and click on send button

Expected - User should see the feedback on successful submission of the Comment
Actual - Nothing is shown

When user login to cms with admin account

Expected - Above feedback document should be shown in to-do list
Actual - To do list is empty
