Channel manager: CSS - breaks after navigating to translation dialog

1. Login to CMS as admin
2. Navigate to Documents >> click on the context menu of any folder >> select translation
3. Translate dialog should appear >> click on cancel
4. Navigate to Channel Manager perspective

Expected - Channel manager overviews should be as shown in screen-shot (expected)
Actual Issue - Notice the background color of the channel manager perspective is now blue (refer screen-shot actual)
