Channel Manager: Template composer: Items: Latest events - Does not dynamically re-sizes to container layout

1. Login to CMS with Admin user
2. Navigate to Channel Manager >> Pick a website channel >> go to Edit mode
3. Add Latest events item to the big middle container

Expected - It should fit in the container and resizes accordingly
Actual - It does not re-sizes according to container (refer attachment)
