Channel manager: subsite: template composer: pageactions - UI has broken image

When I add "page-actions" to the left-side of the "sub-site" page it appears little broken (refer screenshot)
1. Log-in to CMS
2. Navigate to channel manager
3. Select any sub-site channel >> click on open channel >> go to edit mode (where you see template composer)
4. Add pageations item to the container on left hand side

Expected - Pageactions should appear as it appears in "website" channel
Actual - Pageactions UI appears to be broken (refer screenshot)
