Unable to create or publish a document

1. Login to CMS as any user
2. Try to create a new document using "Create news document" in dashboard
3. Add title to the document and click on "save & close" button

Issue - Nothing happens when I clcik on "save & close" button, no error is shown in the window - but a lot of exceptions in console
Also not able to edit or publish to existing documents
