Channel manager surf & edit - "Edit" text is shown by default on all editable documents

1. Login to CMS with admin user
2. Navigate to "Channel manager" >> select "English Website" >> click "Open Channel"
3. Go Green site opens in Preview mode within CMS with suf & edit functionality button on top of the page

Actual behavior - Text "edit" appears on all the editable document.
Expected behavior - "Edit" should appear as yellowish button only when "Edit Content on this page" button is clicked

4. Click on "Edit content on this page" button on the top of the page
5. All the "Editable documents" appear behind dark back ground
6. Click on any area "except edit text" of the editable document
Actual behavior - Nothing happens
Expected behavior - Respective document should open in CMS, current behavior.
