    Description

      The StaticResourceServlet will be removed from HST (from RC3) and should not be used.
      In the web.xml of the site it is used, and the /staticresource/* mapping is mentioned in hst-hosts.xml.

      I can't find any use of it in the project, but maybe I am mistaken. Please check.

      You can use <hst:resourceURL/> tag instead of the StaticResourceServlet.
