Simple documenttype namespace has incorrect prototype

/hippo:namespaces/hippogogreen/simpledocument/hipposysedit:prototypes/hipposysedit:prototype has hippo:availability = preview, which is wrong. It should be empty. Hippostd:state should be "draft".

With the prototype a new draft node variant should be created, not an unpublished one.

Effect at the moment: create a new document of type Simple document, try to save it, you can't because of the required title property. Then discard. Result: an unpublished version remains, in an invalid state because it does not have a value in the Title field.
