Breadcrumb: upgrade to 11 version, incl. modern usage documentation

    Description

      The breadcrumb is on HST 3.2.0, let's bump to 4.x for Hippo 11.
      Documentation is still using JSP, let move to Freemarker and als simplify the XMLs.
      Attached (10.2.0) project contains base-breadcrumb.ftl that can be used as example.

      Let's do this on Github, after the move from forge.onehippo.org.
