[Reset Password] Issue with apostrophe in email

    Description

      Reset Password email is not being sent to the users if the email address contains apostrophe.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. CMS account with email address containing apostrophe
      2. Click Forgot password, input username
      3. Reset password email did not arrive to the user
