    Description

      1. Would be nice to allow extensions of the dialog in order to reuse and customise it in customer projects

      2. Sometimes the dialog remains visible on screen after closing. Also the UI is not in line with other dialogs. Fix the styling/functionality of the dialog

      3. Review request object (ReviewRequestWrapper) can expose the attribute "reason" in order to allow for surfacing it
