FAQ naming consistency

The naming used in FAQ is confusing. FAQ is both used for the overview/list as the actual document, see title and description. Imo you have two options to choose from:

1) call the 'list' the FAQ document and the child documents 'Items', e.g. FAQ Item1, FAQ Item 2.

2) call the 'list' the FAQ overview document and call the child documents FAQ 1 and FAQ 2.

Update the 'read more' notes in essentials as well.
