7.10: Dropdown boxes of selection config screen are broken

While the JS controller appears to work fine, talking to the back-end, the value list and document type select boxes do not get populated into the "chosen" select box. If I remove the hippo.theme.select-box attribute from the select tag, it does work. The problem does not appear on 7.9, and neither in the configuration screen for the content blocks feature.
