Follow a consequent rule for the placement of templates in the project

The freemarker templates for the news and simple content features are added to the project in different locations. It seems there is not a default rule yet that can be consequently followed (see screenshot also).

The news templates are at site\src\main\webapp\WEB-INF\freemarker\hstdefault, but the content templates are put here: \site\src\main\webapp\WEB-INF\freemarker\<projectname>.

Should templates for components in the catalog go in /hstdefault and all others in the folder with the project name?
