Occasional Exception on rebuild after adding blog feature

Rebuilding a new project after adding the blog feature, sometimes a stacktrace is seen. Rebuild again and the exception is gone but duplicate folders can exist. No clear reproduction path, only seen this problem for the Blog feature.
