Notification shows for Installed features when Tool change requires reboot

When changing content with the beanwriter tool a re-build is required. On clicking the notification and opening the installed-features page it is not visible why the notification is shown. Either a remark must be shown on the installed-features page that a tool requires a rebuild, or the notification must be shown on the Tools menu and the related tool marked with 'Needs a rebuild'.

Also on the 'Rebuid required' page it says rebuilding is required for the following plugins, this must be 'features' instead of plugins.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Add some components and rebuild
2) Go to Tools/Beanwrite and generate beans
3) Notice the notification (1) on the installed features and click on it
Expected: Clear what is notified
Actual result: confusion
