Browser cache problem:Essentials dashboard shows the cache of previous Archetype version"1.01.05" for current archetype version "1.02.00-SNAPSHOT".

Reproduction steps:--
Prerequisite:--Essentials project with archetype version 1.01.05 should be build

1.Go to essentials url "http://localhost:8080/essentials/"
2.Add some plugins like banner,content block,documents wizard plugin.
3.Click on rebuild option on top right corner.
4.Newly added plugin links will be shown.(essentials-375)
5.Stop the container and close the browser.
6.Build project using Archetype version "1.02.00-SNAPSHOT".
7.Open your browser & Go to essentials dashboard.
8.The issue like essentials-375 which is fixed in "1.02.00-SNAPSHOT" is now still visible on essential dashboard.

User Scenario:--> If user is working on old essentials version and updates his project to new version then he can expect that the issue which he had in previous build should no longer be visible in updated version with new browser session.

Note:-->This cache problem exists for more scenarios and on Firefox,Chrome.
