Links are not working for all those plugins which are recently installed from essentials and require rebuild.

Reproduction steps:--
Prerequisite:--Essentials project should be build & created for the first time.

1.Go to essentials url "http://localhost:8080/essentials/"
2.Add some plugins eg.1.search 2.images 3. News
3.Click on rebuild link at the top right corner.
4.Links for newly added plugin are shown.
5.Try to click on any of the link,nothing happens just URL value gets changed.

Actual result:--Links are not working for all those plugins which are recently installed from essentials and require rebuild.

Expected result:-->On clicking on links of newly added plugin,it should take user to the desired plugin.
