"Needs a rebuild" button remains activated and shown in red color with "build" sync message shown as well even after rebuilding the project

Reproduction steps:--
Prerequisite:--Essentials project should be build & created for the first time.

1.Go to essentials url "http://localhost:8080/essentials/"
2.Add a news plugin
3.Go to installed features tab.
4."Needs a build" button in red is shown.
5.Build the project.
6.Still the "needs a build" button in red colour is activated and on top 'build" sync message is displayed.

Actual result:--"Needs a rebuild" button remains activated and shown in red colour with "build" sync message shown as well even after rebuilding the project
Expected result:-->either the button should be greyed out or colour of button should be changed to green or something else & build sync message should not be displayed.
