After installing a feature the library shows a disfunctional 'Installed' button but no indication configuration is needed

Steps to reproduce
1) Go to the library and click 'Install feature'
2) Hoover over the 'Installed' button and click
Actual: The mouse changes in a hand to indicate an action can be performed. On click nothing happens

Expected: Clicking the 'Installed' button to go to the 'Installed features' page with the configuration option. If not hoovering over 'Installed' must not change the cursor in a hand (then a 'configure' link would be nice...)

Note that in the 'Installed features' section it says 'Feature installed'
