site created by the archetype must not have a Hippo copyright footer

Steps to reproduce
1) Start Essentials archetype and create a simple page. In this case just a FAQ
2) Rebuild the project and go to http://localhost:8080/site

Expected: My first page
Actual: The generated page does have the footer: (©) 2013-2014 Hippo B.V.

The site created by the archetype should not have (c) hippo, the customer is free to use the generated site as pleased.
