Readme should explain how essentials can be started

Currently the readme says:
Access the CMS at http://localhost:8080/cms, and the site at http://localhost:8080/site

This should be something like:
Access the Hippo Essentials at http://localhost:8080/essentials. After your project is build access the CMS at http://localhost:8080/cms, and the site at http://localhost:8080/site
