Adding FAQ plugin leads to inconsistency between site and channel mgr

I added the FAQ feature and executed:
mvn install
mvn cargo -P run
Next, I navigated to site and see the FAQ menu item.

However when i navigate to the Channel Mgr inside the CMS, there is no FAQ menu item.
