Remove the REST API link from the dashboard

Being a very valuable Essentials developer tool, the current dashboard UI puts the (swagger) REST API into too prominent a spot for novice Hippo developers (dashboard users). This development tool should either be removed from the dashboard, or we need to agree on a suitable location in the UI.
