Change Essentials branding from Hippo to BloomReach

To be changed:

• Introduction screen: title is "Set up your Hippo project"
• Introduction screen: first paragraph also says "Hippo" 4 times
• Main screen: top navigation says "Hippo setup"
• Library: Document Wizard plugin refers to "Hippo CMS" in the intro and again in the Read More section
• Library: Related Documents plugin refers to "Hippo CMS" in the intro
• Library: SEO plugin refers to "Hippo" in the intro twice
• Tools: Gallery Manager refers to "Hippo Image Set"
• Tools: Rest Services Setup refers to "Hippo" twice

Acceptance criteria

1. In all cases listed above, the text 'Hippo' now reads 'BloomReach'.

E.g. Top navigation now says 'BloomReach setup', related-documents plugin intro now reads 'BloomReach CMS'.
