Carousel: show create/select content buttons for all items

After adding the carousel component you can use an orange select/create content button to provide the first banner document for the component. There are six banners that can be selected for the carousel, but to configure other banners you have to use the component properties dialog.

It would be an improvement if the other banner documents could be configured by orange buttons also.
