Resource bundles should not have hippotranslation properties

    Description

      Please remove the hippotranslation:id and hippotranslation:locale properties from the resource bundle instances. These do not have the hippotranslation:translated mixin so the properties should not be there.

      Relates to HIPPLUG-1413.
